Retrospective: KCFD Share Drone View Of Green Duck Inferno

Actually, public safety leaders are a bit too kind in their reference for this old school gangster hangout that also has notable political connections.

Still, here's the setup and the clip that's worth a peek . . .

"Last Sunday, KCFD companies were dispatched to a building fire at 26th Street and Prospect Avenue. The fire involved the historic Green Duck Lounge and Grill, a landmark that was much more than a neighborhood bar. The Green Duck played a significant role in Kansas City's political, civil rights, and community history, serving as a gathering place for civic engagement and community leadership. In recognition of its historical significance, the building was designated a Kansas City Historic Landmark in 2015."
