Developers in the Northland seem to be trying a familiar pitch to lure more people out to the suburbs.
Most of what we've seen has been hype . . . We like this report if only because there's just a bit of skepticism despite the obligatory exuberance required of all things on the Internets.
Check-it . . .
"Kansas City new developments don't get bigger than this. Pioneer Crossing is a $2.3 billion project coming to the Northland, and some are already calling it the Plaza of the Northland."
