The nominees avoided directly stating Donald Trump lost the 2020 election, instead saying Joe Biden was "certified" as the winner.
All three nominees were confirmed along party lines, filling all six district judge spots in Kansas with Trump appointees.
The nominees also declined to substantively answer questions about the Jan. 6 insurrection, citing judicial impartiality.
