Four retired judges from Missouri and Kansas signed an amicus brief urging the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals to revive a criminal contempt inquiry into the trump regime for defying a court order . . . (They are) among 174 retired state and federal court judges who affixed their signatures to the amicus (friend of the court) brief urging the full D.C. Circuit to rehear a decision by a divided three-judge panel that shut down U.S. District Judge James Boasberg’s contempt hearing last year.
