A recent letter from law enforcement offers a peek at the plan to save locals a great deal of heartache. On the nice side of the bridge at least.

Kansas City police sent a notice to Northland organizations. The letter says that the police department usually sees an increase in underage-related issues. The department said those issues include:
Curfew violations
Large gatherings
House parties
Disturbances
Other illegal activity
“While many of these situations involve otherwise good young people making poor decisions, unchecked activity can quickly create safety concerns for juveniles, residents, motorists, businesses, and first responders,” Maj. Marcus Smith, Shoal Creek Patrol Division, said in the letter.
