KCFD Forced To Battle Burning Home Twice

Typically, we don't pay much attention to house fire stories but this report merits attention given that it also offers a real world perspective on local blight & infrastructure FAIL . . . Check-it: 

"Kansas City firefighters battled a blaze at the same home twice in four hours, injuring one crew member.

"The Kansas City Fire Department says it returned to the area of 85th and Highland Ave. just before 5:10 a.m. on Sunday, June 21.

"Crews note that a power line dropped and began arcing, igniting a second fire at the rear of the already-damaged structure."
