A conspiracy theory and election encouragement from a weather dude turned JoCo politico . . . 

"Since the inception of the progressive era, the judicial branch has become a second legislative branch…which the founders were concerned about. They knew that if the judicial branch was as strong as it is now, that judges would become black-robed despots, and a Supreme Court would become an oligarchy imposing its own will on the American people. The founders’ worst nightmares have become true.  Judges often legislate from the bench or block laws they disagree with. There are multiple examples of that here in Kansas, at various levels of the court system."
