Jose “Joe” Ceballos posted a $3,000 bond Monday but wasn’t released from the Chase County Jail until Thursday.
Coldwater’s downtown streets were lined with people and cars honking their horns and shouting, “Welcome home, Joe!” as Ceballos rolled back into town.
