Jackson County Exec Reaches Out To Former KCMO Councilman For Ethics Help

Flashback Friday fun fact . . . 

Former Councilman Terry Riley earns a nomination to the Jackson County Ethics commish today.  

It's up to him to accept the offer that has raised eyebrows around Kansas City political circles and we wanted to share a bit more backstory . . . 

As we dive into election season . . . Insiders expect more courthouse drama to confront Exec LeVota and so the ethics commission might come into play in the VERY NEAR FUTURE.

Unbeknownst to most voters, former KCMO councilman Terry Riley remains a political power player with a vast network of connections and influence throughout the metro. In fact, his connections go all the way to D.C. and there's an ongoing effort to push him back into elected office and possibly encourage him to run for Mayor & more . . . 

So far, Mr. Riley seems content to focus on family life, his elite career moves and a behind the scenes role in local politics . . . 

And so . . .
