Jackson County Drops Case Against Tow Truck Company After Witness Flakes

Despite public outcry . . . The courthouse was forced to back down without cooperation from the public.

"Police records show Allen “Jay” Bloodworth was arrested last year and was facing eight felony charges, including four counts of car theft and another four for forgery. 

"The Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office told FOX4 on Friday that the state’s primary witness in the case is in the hospital and unavailable to appear in court."

Prosecutor dismisses case against Kansas City tow operator

The case against one of the Kansas City metros well-known towing operators has been dismissed in Jackson County Court.
