Google Gives To KC Blue River Cleanup

Tech giant helps with cleanup along a blighted and often contested part of Kansas City . . . Check the basics: 

"As concern grows about the environmental impact of data centers, Google says it will replenish more water than it uses at its facilities . . . Google will provide $1 million to Bridging the Gap and the Heartland Conservation Alliance to restore 98 acres next to the Blue River as wetland to improve water quality, provide habitat for native plants and animals and help reduce flooding when the river water level is high from rain."
