Dreamers Vs. Kansas AG Kobach?!?

Reality check . . . 

This pet issue for progressives SEEMS like it would be popular with everybody but the reality is that Joe Six-Pack doesn't like freebie tuition for ANYBODY and he mostly thinks college is a waste of time. Or at least that's a viewpoint that's easily leveraged and kinda defines that very successful MAGA playbook. 

And all of that is to say that AG Kobach likely has more support than his progressive critics imagine.

"Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach promptly joined the Trump administration in a lawsuit seeking to prohibit Kansas universities, colleges and state officials from enforcing a 2004 law that gives in-state tuition rates to certain Kansas students without lawful immigration status."
