Disputing Platte County Pay Hike

Election conversation is ramping up on the nicer side of the bridge . . . This recent call out merits attention after gaining traction by way of social media . . . Here's the premise . . . 

In 2021: they voted themselves a 6% raise
In 2023: they voted themselves a 8% raise
In 2025: they voted themselves a 30% raise

The current elected official salary is $71,445.06

I voted no and called my colleagues out for such an egregious pay raise . . . Its corruption and establishment politics at its worst.
