Deadly Kansas City Mass Shooting Kills One At 18th & Vine District

To start the weekend, we noticed advocates for the 18th & Vine District grousing about disappointing World Cup attendance . . . And now, this latest spate of gunfire should explain why . . .

"According to KCPD, at about 10:30 p.m. Friday officers were sent to the area of 19th Street and Vine to check for a possible shooting.

"Officers found two women and one man unconscious. The man was pronounced dead at the scene and the women were taken to the hospital for treatment."
