Every 15 years there's a redevelopment scheme for this part of town that makes progress but never REALLY takes hold if only because hobos have laid claim to the area for nearly a century.

Heavily taxpayer subsidized brunch offers a benefit for the fading cowtown middle-class . . . 

"The 3,425-square-foot full-service restaurant and bar is planning a first quarter 2027 opening on the ground floor of the reimagined Moline Plow Building, 1015 Mulberry St. 

"Two Hands was founded in New York City in 2014.

"The Nashville menu includes such items as harissa chicken lentil bows, double smash burgers, steak and egg, and smoked salmon toast, as well as a variety of tea, coffee, chai, matcha, juices and smoothies."
