Here's today's legal aftermath with only 300k voter petitions now standing in the way of a Missouri Republican power move in favor of Prez Trump . . . Here's the update: 

The court issued unanimous opinions Tuesday on multiple challenges for the Missouri First Map.

Under the approved map, Kansas City is split in three separate districts . . . 

People Not Politicians Missouri released a statement Tuesday after the court ruled the state’s new congressional map remains in effect while officials continue reviewing referendum petitions aimed at blocking it.

The group argues the secretary of state’s own numbers already show the referendum effort collected enough valid signatures to qualify for the ballot.

According to the group, more than 305,000 Missourians signed petitions challenging House Bill 1, the law that redrew Missouri’s congressional districts in 2025.
