Sadly . . . So many elected law enforcement officials are more adept at playing politics than putting gunmen in jail . . . Here's tonight's game of hot potato along with a tragic reminder of the consequences:
"District attorneys from various Missouri counties said the state’s “Stand Your Ground” law is creating an impossible burden for the justice system. Some even said it is essentially legalizing second-degree murder.
"For example, recently two of the men involved in the gun fight during the Chiefs Super Bowl Rally have walked out of jail with plea deals. Many people have said it’s just another impact of Stand Your Ground."
