Mayor Q Fights To Save Kansas City History

In fairness, this week Mayor Q earned support of local preservationists working to push back against so many developers dedicated to destroying so many memories . . . Here's a quote and more reporting that's apropos for #TBT . . . Check-it:  

"Kansas City has some of the most beautiful historic buildings in the country. A loophole in city code makes it too easy to lose them forever. I introduced our Fight the Blight initiative this week, including an ordinance that would require preservation review before any historic building can be demolished, even one made dangerous through neglect."
