"Chief Graves presented Officer Chato Villalobos with the Chief’s Coin during the Board of Police Commissioners meeting on Tuesday, May 12.
"Villalobos is retiring later this month after 26 years at KCPD, which was preceded by eight years of service in the United States Army. Villalobos has served in patrol, the Fraud Unit, the Violent Crimes Division, and the Westside Community Action Network (CAN Center) the last 20 years."
