KCPD said the victim had gone to meet up with others when at least six suspects attacked him.
Police said the suspects also stole the victim’s bicycle, worth several thousand dollars. The bicycle has since been recovered, according to KCPD.
KCPD released video of the man being attacked on Thursday in hopes of identifying the suspects. You can watch it here.

The incident was reported on Saturday, May 2, near Longview Parkway and Raytown Road around 8:30 p.m.
