"Two men accused of firing shots in the mass shooting at the 2024 Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl victory rally that left one woman dead have been released from prison after short stints in state custody, according to Missouri’s Department of Corrections. 

"Both men faced murder charges and pleaded guilty to lesser gun charges in plea deals in March and April, respectively, and received two-year prison sentences. Attorneys for both indicated they would be released shortly after their sentencing hearings, because they would receive credit for time they served in jail while awaiting their trials."
