"Multiple sources share with us that the city’s public works director will be celebrating his retirement on Thursday, May 21 . . .

"Shaw and his wife, Ryana Parks-Shaw, were at the center of an FBI investigation regarding using he and Parks-Shaw’s office for public gain.

"Documents provided to the FBI by one of our sources who was interviewed showed contracts awarded to people who have made campaign donations to Parks-Shaw."
