Kansas City Offers Freebie Bus Ride Options

ACTUALLY . . . This is a fantastic idea and much better than asking every homeless dude in the city if they want to go cruising all afternoon . . . People who need help are encouraged to ask for it and bus transit and RULES FOR RIDERS remain in effect by way of incentives and not socialist schemes. 

Check-it . . .  

"A Kansas City-area nonprofit is working to make sure that bus riders will still have access to transportation once fares return on June 1.  The Kansas City Area Transportation Authority announced in March that bus fares will return starting June 1, 2026. This includes services by the KCATA, Johnson County Transit and Unified Government Transit. The KC Streetcar remains free."
