Kansas City Mayor Q Promises 'Prosperity On Prospect'

The only problem . . .

There really aren't a lot of examples wherein taxpayer-subsidized grocery stores helped to advance a community. IN FACT, last time around the effort was a horrible nationwide embarrassment. 

Nevertheless . . .

Here's the hope that government funding solves problems that are much deeper . . . 

"I’ve known Prospect my entire life. We’re bring generational investment to one of Kansas City’s vital corridors."
