Dara O’Connor, 30, pleaded guilty in federal court to one count of knowingly possessing two destructive devices that were not registered in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record.
O’Connor was previously recorded spraying the warehouse, located on Botts Road in Kansas City, with an accelerant before lighting the building on fire back in February.
The warehouse was at the center of sale negotiations between Platform Venture and the federal government prior to the Feb. 12 incident before the property owners declined to sell the property.
