There was a time when this list was the biggest achievement for a generation of Kansas City professionals. 

However . . .  

Remember that during the COVID-era . . . Kansas City progressives sought to destroy the legacy of this local list . . . 

Now, with very little local bragging via social media . . . It seems the take down might have worked.
