Jackson County Sheriff Forté Taking Fall For New Jail Crisis?!?

Behind the scenes, complaints at new Jackson County Jail are more serious than most avid news readers might comprehend.

Sure . . .

Very few voters REALLY feel sorry for cons and humanitarian outcry is never really a political concern.

However . . .

INSIDERS WARN THAT INVESTIGATION OF THE JACKSON COUNTY JAIL HOT MESS DIRECTS BLAME AT THE SHERIFF & HE DOESN'T HAVE MANY STRONG ALLIES AT THE COURTHOUSE!!!

In fact . . .

INSIDERS REVEAL THAT GETTING RID OF THE SHERIFF MIGHT BE THE LAST STEP OF ERASING LEGACY OF RECALLED EXEC FRANK WHITE!!!

Actually . . .

We never really understood so much political antipathy toward Forté during his tenure as KCPD Chief and as Sheriff but there's no denying that he has MORE than his fair share of critics.

Brief aside in fairness . . . TKC has to give credit where it's earned as we remember that Sheriff Forté was one of the few law enforcement leaders who acknowledged that rising street violence in KCMO often correlates with civil unrest . . . Locally, the BLM riots that preceded a historically bloody period in local history proved his theory correct.

But I digress . . .

Here's the word on upcoming challenges confronting the lawman . . .

"The Sheriff's biggest supporter was Frank White and that connection is going to cost him. Let's not forget that his position is elected which makes him a politician and subject to the same dilemmas as everyone else at the 12th & Oak.

"Fair or not . . . There's a paper trail and a lot of the jail problems lead directly to the Sheriff's office. There are problems with the new jail beyond the prisoner transfer and as we move forward we know that complaints are going to keep piling up . . . At this point everyone realizes the construction was a HOT MESS with so many flaws built into the facility. With MILLIONS spent already, somebody is going to have to take the fall and the Sheriff stands as the most likely candidate."
