This weekend the newest MAGA cabinet member took a moment to infuse a local law enforcement action with partisan politics.
To wit . . .
HOMELAND SECURITY SECRETARY MULLINS CONDEMNS CONGRESSMAN CLEAVER FOR STATEMENTS DOUBTING MAGA MASS DEPORTATION POLICY!!!
From a polling standpoint . . . Congressman Cleaver doesn't have much support for his stance even amongst Democrats . . . Progressives have only been able to gain leverage on this issue when ICE unadvisedly started capping liberal white middle-class protesters and was forced to temporarily back down in order to quiet the media cycle.
Politically . . . This Kansas City power move is a strong showing from Sec Mullins who must now distinguish himself from his predecessor and the tabloid controversy involving her husband and his "bimbofication" fetish for huge, fake knockers.
Here's the word on the World Cup roundup that might or might not distract from disappointing tourism numbers and a great many international visitors taking a pass on Kansas City soccer hype . . .

Secretary Mullins called out Missouri Congressman Emanuel Cleaver during Saturday’s press conference, saying he has, quote, “lost his moral compass.”
Cleaver has called this administration’s mass deportation agenda reckless and extreme.
