"A Smith County judge ruled Mahomes Sr. — who’s been on probation since 2024 following his guilty plea to a third DWI charge — can travel to Kansas City next month to see his granddaughter, Patrick Mahomes II’s five-year-old Sterling, perform in her first dance recital.

"Mahomes Sr. will be permitted to be in Missouri from June 5 to June 7 for the special occasion as long as he reports to his probation officer on June 4 to submit to urinalysis testing and then reports to his probation officer “as scheduled thereafter,” according to a copy of the judge’s order."
