For context . . .
Since around the 90s, Ebola is probably the worst disease that could ever afflict a human on planet Earth. In some instance it involves bleeding from the eyes and basically works to liquefy the internal organs of a person and anyone who has come into close contact with their fluids.
And so . . .
There's good reason for an abundance of caution despite the fact that a global outbreak is unlikely given the fast moving nature of the disease that typically afflicts only the poorest sections of the planet.
Accordingly . . .
Here's a peek at the health concern for the World Cup that deserves attention beyond so many reactionary locals who yearn for a time before international travel and THE INTERNETS SHRUNK THE WORLD and brought humanity in closer contact than most of us would prefer . . .

The U.S., Mexico and Canada — the three countries hosting this year’s FIFA World Cup beginning in June — announced public health travel measures for people coming from parts of Africa that are at greatest risk from Ebola.
“This coordinated approach aims to protect our citizens and the millions of visitors, fans, athletes, and tourists expected during the FIFA World Cup 2026, while maintaining travel and commerce across our borders,” the nations said in a joint statement . . . “The health and safety of every person in the region remains our highest priority as we welcome the world to North America.”
