"While DR Congo’s 26-player roster all plays outside of the region, leaving them eligible to enter the U.S., concerns remain for the team’s staff and managers, officials, journalists and fans who may not be able to obtain U.S. visas or enter the country under new regulations . . . The Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) have no plans to change their preparations for the World Cup despite a warning from the United States that the national team must isolate for 21 days before arriving in the country."
