Conservatives Blame Free School Lunches For Costly Public School FAIL?!?

For the record . . .

TKC TOTALLY AGREES that public school spending needs serious reform.

However . . .

Conservatives never get traction when talking about pricey building projects or EPIC administrator salaries. And so they get frustrated . . . 

Nevertheless . . . 

CUTTING SCHOOL LUNCHES IS POSSIBLY THE WORST TAKE FROM ANY RIGHT-WING SO-CALLED CONSERVATIVE!!!

Inefficiency or even food waste are lame excuse at best and not nearly as important feeding hungry students. 

Again . . . Reform and new ideas to make sure youngsters don't go hungry better are welcome and most conservatives agree with as much. 

Meanwhile . . . 

Getting a bit of attention for talking about snatching school lunches away like some kind of insufferable bully is ALWAYS a great way to get attention for deeper systemic problems. 

Here's today's example . . . 

"Advocates for free school lunches argue the food helps low-income students and students experiencing food insecurity. However, policy analysts argue universal free lunches often benefit the kids who don’t necessarily need it – those in the middle and upper classes. Universal free lunches can also contribute to large amounts of food waste. 

Some studies have shown homemade lunches can cost less than school lunches, depending on the school district."
