This year’s Parade of Hearts offers a great excuse to explore neighborhood by neighborhood. This second route in a three-part series follows six sculptures through Waldo, Brookside, and the city’s south-side corridors, from the Rockhurst University campus all the way to the Missouri-Kansas border and beyond.
