The reasoning attempts to limit voter power over representation . . . Credit where it's due, that's actually a stronger argument than the debate over signature startup times.
As we noted . . . This thing will be decided in court but we constantly need to remind both sides of the aisle of this inconvenient fact . . .

From our perspective . . . This is the x-factor that might be the determining factor from the perspective of the court and, sadly, it's a surprise to so many Missouri politicos who don't understand their voters as well as they might claim on talk shows.
Of course . . . Here's a more confident conservative assertion . . .
