Flint Development, based in Prairie Village, sold its El Paso County, Texas properties to ICE for nearly $123 million, according to reports in Texas.
Reports say Flint Development sold its 8,500-capacity mega detention facility to ICE earlier this year.
"This is not the type of business we, as concerned citizens in Prairie Village, want operating in our city," said Renee Duvall, with the advocacy group, the People for Prairie Village.
