Kansas Stays Losing Tax Revenue

A glimpse at local economies in free fall and a situation that looks like anything but an "American Golden Age" for this red state . . . Check-it: 

"According to the Governor’s Office, the state ends with collections at $577.1 million. That’s $68.9 million, or 10.7%, below the estimate.

"Total tax collections were down 9.4% from March 2025.

"Governor Laura Kelly released a statement on the matter, saying that missing this much revenue is concerning and calling on the State Legislature to rethink its budgeting."
