This ethics beef has been presented as a serious indictment by our conservative friends but ACTUALLY might reveal that they're "concerned" about his impact on a Senate contest . . . Check-it . . .
"The Kansas Republican Party today filed a formal complaint with the Federal Election Commission alleging that Adam Hamilton, Senior Pastor of the Church of the Resurrection in Leawood, and the church itself violated the Federal Election Campaign Act by using corporate resources of the 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation to promote Hamilton’s exploratory committee for the 2026 U.S. Senate election in Kansas.
"The complaint details how Hamilton announced his potential candidacy via the Church’s official website, YouTube channel, and internal email list sent to church members. The Church also created a dedicated webpage featuring FAQs about the candidacy and embedded Hamilton’s full announcement video. Those actions, the complaint argues, constitute prohibited in-kind corporate contributions to a federal candidate."
