Actually . . . He's not completely wrong but, from our vantage, the idea that a young crook in training doesn't know to stay quiet after getting but busted is far more troubling.

Deputies stated the second stolen car had driven over several medians on Highway 210 and came to a stop near Randolph Road. After ordering the driver out of the car, deputies found it was a 13-year-old boy, a statement said.
“He told deputies if people didn’t want their cars stolen, they should not leave them unlocked with the keys inside,” deputies reported.
