Kansas City Lady Duo Charged After Shootout at Northeast Smoke Shop

"Based on surveillance footage from the store, the defendants are captured entering the business and screaming at an employee. As the employee is trying to get the two out of the store, the two attempt to strike the employee, swinging their hands and fists at him. The employee starts pushing the two defendants out of the store. Mack then gestures what appears to be a firearm toward the employee as he backs up toward the store. The employee pulls out a firearm and fires multiple shots, hitting SUSPECT. The other SUSPECT then shoots into the store while witnesses are inside. The employee returns fire from inside the store."
