Today this cowtown will get marching orders from a billionaire and quite a few of his political & mainstream media puppets . . . The odds are they'll be successful given that nobody has the cash to fight them and there's already an understanding that petitions will be put down.

Kansas City Royals Chairman and CEO John Sherman, Missouri Gov. Mike Kehoe and Kansas City, Missouri, Mayor Quinton Lucas will gather for a news conference Wednesday for an "important update on the future of the Royals in Kansas City."
The news conference is set for 10 a.m. at The American restaurant in Crown Center
