"The City has failed to follow through on their promise, delaying the formation of the oversight body and even including CoreCivic representatives on it.
"After several weeks of ICE detainees being imprisoned at CoreCivic Leavenworth, there is no indication of meaningful effort into ensuring the notorious facility is safe and respecting people's rights."
