Note the recent resignation of a courthouse HR worker along with some rumors about Raytown alderwoman & LINC Commish Garza and what might be more "insight" about the surprise opt out of the Jackson County honcho who had endured his share of challenges and watched his bro get dragged in a "scandal" that was about nothing more (or less) than silly late night texts.
