Activist Justice Horn Fights Kangaroo NDA Battle With UMKC Student Guv

Kansas City's rising star progressive activist is now embroiled in a social media war of words with former colleagues from his recent city college student government days.

"A non-disparagement agreement (NDA) between the current SGA executive board and the previous SGA president was broken on Saturday as Justice Horn 'broke his silence' via Instagram. Horn resigned as SGA president on Oct. 17 of last year and cited his campaign for Jackson County office as the reason."

The former president says he stepped down to avoid conflict, while other SGA leaders say he failed to perform his duties and ran the group like a “monarchy.”
