Will Guv Kelly Sign Kansas Student Phone Crackdown?!?

The X factor . . . JoCo helicopter parents don't seem to like it as much as old-timers on the Internets . . . Here's the sitch: 

"Kansas lawmakers passed a bill that would ban students from using personal devices during the school day. The ban would apply to public and accredited private schools, requiring devices to be off and stored from bell to bell. Governor Laura Kelly has previously expressed support for signing such a bill into law."
