Just a quick peek at the ongoing shift in municipal rules that seem to be trending across the metro and might help alleviate at least a few housing problems and civic snooping that once occupied a great deal of paid investigation . . . Check-it:

"Commissioners deadlocked 5-5 Thursday night before Mayor/CEO Christal Watson cast the tie-breaking vote, passing the measure 6-5."
