"Voters in Johnson County have decided to approve a $389 million bond proposal for the Olathe School District to fund school upgrades and technology.
"The special election on Tuesday was a mail-in only election. Registered voters in the Olathe School District boundary should’ve received a ballot in the mail beginning Feb. 11.
"Unofficial results on Tuesday show 15,344 voted yes and 8,960 voted no, with a total of 24,304 total votes."
