"The man, Owen Canizales Argueta, 22, who was charged with dropping 20 explosive devices near the National World War I Museum is an illegal alien from Hondoras.
"Now, according to my sources in law enforcement, this is a case of America's, or more like Hondoras', Dumbest Criminals. This was not an act of domestic terrorism.
"This was someone who had, essentially, super-charged fireworks he bought last year around July 4th and was looking to dispose of them several months later. Bad news for him, he picked probably the worst spot in Kansas City to dump them off. There was no specific targeting of Kansas City or the WW1 Museum."
