A federal judge has refused an emergency request to temporarily shut down a Kansas City restaurant owned by Chiefs stars Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes in a trademark dispute over the name “1587.”
In an order filed March 2, U.S. District Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald declined to sign a proposed temporary restraining order sought by 1587 Sneakers Inc., which claims it owns trademark rights to the mark “1587.”
