KC Mayor Pro-Tem Parks-Shaw Turns Socialite Amid Fed Probe

Rumors, gossip and politically-charged mayoral election speculation regarding a reported federal probe still run rampant around 12th & Oak.

However . . .

SPRINGTIME GIVES KCMO MAYOR PRO-TEM RYANA PARKS-SHAW NEW HOPE AS SHE STEPS UP HER SOCIAL STANDING!!!

Accordingly . . .

AWESOME TKC INSIDERS sent us a couple of pages from an upscale, elite magazine that feature the aspiring power player making new friends and keeping better company . . . Check-it:

Context . . .

An annual Kansas City "Hats Off To Mothers" celebrates women who balance family, personal achievement, and community service. Proceeds support Life Unlimited, which provides disability services in the area.

Even more about this publication that's a big deal to classy local moms & grandmas but often avoids much local scrutiny . . .

Established in 1899, The Kansas City Independent is the city’s oldest magazine and premier journal of society, focusing on philanthropy, local culture, and arts coverage. The publication provides comprehensive coverage of nonprofit events and produces annual resources like the Charitable Events Calendar.

Sorry we're such slobs but TKC typically "uses" the publication to garner a better glimpse at the miracles of cosmetic surgery so that we can have some source material for our impending glow-up as soon as our ship comes in . . . Maybe we can look at awesome as the joker lady posing next Park-Shaw . . . Yeah, that's kinda mean but she can take solace in the fact that she can afford quality work whilst medicaid (or lack thereof) might leave TKC to die in some urban sewer. Life is give & take.

But I digress . . .

The point here is simply . . .

Council Lady "Mayor Pro-Tem" is using her ridiculous title to leverage standing amongst the local elite and they seem to be welcoming her . . . This upscale inclusion might not be merely DEI and offer a signal at how the upcoming Kansas City mayoral contest is shaping up . . . At least until the feds share more info with plebs, voters, socialites and the snarky scumbags of TKC.
