We'll talk about this more but we wanted to share this one in order to collect our thoughts . . . Anti-ICE protests comes to mind first but the politics of police encounters can quickly shift and we notice some "concern" about this from conservatives as well.

25ft isn't REALLY that much distance in the era of super-zoom phone cameras so we're not sure what the legislation will accomplish other than provide authorities another tool against trending digital documentation, AI fakery and the online discourse.
